This 3 course session is inspired by Lewis’s beautiful wife and her favourite foods. To start we will create Sinead’s all time favourite – Scottish Mussels but with a twist. Mussel Mouclade, a classic French seafood dish from the area of La Rochelle. A Mouclade stands out for its rich, velvety, lightly curried sauce infused with saffron and cream. To follow, we will create Sinead’s signature dish and Lewis’s favourite dinner at home, Mediterranean Chicken. Tender chicken pieces coated in a creamy tomato sauce laced with parmesan, olives and spinach. Best dinner at home…ever! Sinead then could not choose a favourite desert, so in true “annoying husband” style, Lewis picked the dessert Sinead hates the most to finish this session – Sticky Toffee Pudding. YUM!
